Character Personality: Chatot is a devoted but somewhat neurotic companion to the Guildmaster. He has served as the protector, husband, and advisor to the extremely powerful yet naive Guildmaster for a very long time, and could never imagine himself being anywhere other than at his side. Despite the fact that many of Wigglytuff's antics drive Chatot up the wall with frustration, he is fiercely devoted both to Wigglytuff and to his cause, and in many respects is the mind that gives shape to his husband's fantasies. Chatot is, to most, the actual leader of Wigglytuff's Guild, the one who speaks for the Guildmaster in almost all matters and issues all but the most important of orders.
He is also no stranger to combat and, though often blinded by his dedication to the community's immediate needs, Chatot will always do what he believes will be best for the Guild and those under its protection. He is also privately a very sentimental Pokemon who worries very deeply for every member of the Guild; when he realizes that his judgments of Dusknoir were manipulated, he feels tremendous guilt for having played a part in the hero's abduction and resolves to do whatever he can to make up for his past mistakes.
Moveset: Chatot is humanized, but he retains access to some of his Moves and his Ability. These Moves function as normal Pokemon Moves, though he is not inclined to use them unless absolutely necessary. For purposes of combat, his Nature is Rash.

- Mirror Move - When struck by a Pokemon's Move, Chatot can use that Move himself in retaliation. Its effectiveness is based on the stats and typing of a lv37 Rash Chatot.
- Roost - He may not be able to fly anymore, but Chatot can still hunker down to rest with Roost. This Move doesn't heal injuries on a human nearly as well as it would on a Pokemon, but it does remove his Flying-Type vulnerabilities to Rock and Electric attacks.
- Keen Eye - Chatot cannot be blinded or otherwise disoriented in a way that would reduce the precision of his movements, even if dirt or other contaminants get in his eyes.
